    REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS    
         
    To register your attendance at the 2024 Pension's Banquet, send a registration email to:    
         
    2024banquet@hamiltonfirepensioners.ca    
         
    The subject line is prefilled with

"I WILL BE ATTENDING THE 2024 PENSIONER'S BANQUET"		    
         
    Put your name and dietary requirements in the body of the email    
         
    You will receive an automated reply to acknowledge that your RSVP has been received    
         
    CANCELLATION    
         
    If you have already registered but find it necessary to cancel your attendance, either    
         
       
   
  • Phone: (289) 260-1231. If no answer, leave a message that includes your name and return phone number
    
    Due to the fact that I do not immediately answer unrecognized numbers, this number has a call screening feature. The screening message robot will ask you to say your name and reason that you are calling. If I am not available the call will be directed to voice mail where you can leave your name and the reason that you are calling. Thank You
