RICOTTONE, Joseph Carmelo 1934-2010 Retired Hamilton Firefighter (Divisional Chief of training)

Joe, Dad, Grandpa, we need your grace to remind us to summon our own. With grace and sadness we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Joseph Ricottone, steadfast husband, unwavering grandfather, and loyal friend to all who knew him. Son of the late Giuseppe and Carmela Ricottone. Beloved husband of 54 years to Joyce Ricottone. Loving father to Carmen (Dominic), Albert (Christine), Ronny (Janice) and Andrea (Dean). Proud grandfather to Natalie (Cameron), Mady, Joseph, Charlie and Carling. Dear brother of Fran (Hank) and Patsy. We will forever cherish our memories in remembrance of our favourite family stone.

In celebration of Joseph's life, the family will receive friends at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home, ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street East, on Wednesday, October 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to be offered at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church (Ancaster) on Thursday, October 28th at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.

If so desired, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Firestone Institute for Respiratory Health. "Be strong, and of good courage. Be not afraid nor dismayed, for the Lord is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
