Surrounded by his family on July 19, 2019 at St. Peter's
Hospital in his 89th year. Loving husband of Mary for 68 years.
Beloved father of John (Deb), Ken (Renate) and Deb (Dave). Dear
grandfather of Melissa, Travis, Stacey, the late Jason, and soon
to be great-grandfather. Predeceased by his siblings Mary,
Robert, Charles, Russell, Grant and Gary and survived by
Margaret, Jim and Pat. |

Jack was a retired District Chief of the Hamilton Fire
Department for 35 years. |
|
Special thank you to St. Peter's Hospital Dr. Bev and staff,
social worker Traci and numerous nurses. |
|
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at
CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Saturday, July
27th from 11am-1pm. Inurnment will follow at Chapel Hill
Memorial Gardens. |
