Cooke, Albert Edward George; - of Hamilton, formerly of Dundas, passed away peacefully at McMaster University Medical Centre, on Friday, December 13, 2002, in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary Muldoon and his faithful companion Jake. Treasured father of Barbara Laforet and her husband Phil of Windsor, Rita Laforet and her husband Richard of Windsor and Mary Jane Aglor and her husband Steve of Dundas. Cherished grandpa of Casey, Amy and Christopher Laforet; Jennifer, Allison and Emily Laforet and Mike and Jeff Aglor. Dear brother of Dora Hoyle (late Bill) and Frank Cooke (late Dorothy) of Hamilton and the late Harry Cooke. Dear brother-in-law of Josephine O'Connor (late Terry) of Dundas and Murray and Barb Muldoon of Southampton. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Albert was retired from American Can Company and as a volunteer from the Dundas Fire Department. He was a founding member of the Box 43 Association, an auxiliary of the Hamilton Fire Department and a long time member of Leander Boat Club and the Hamilton YMCA.
