At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby on Monday, June 7,
2010. Walter Goddard of Beamsville, in his 83rd year.
Beloved husband of Jean (nee Etherington) and father of Rory (Lisa) and Terry (Soley). Also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Doreen Goddard, mother-in-law Beth Etherington, sister-in-law Joan Etherington and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Pre- deceased by sibling, Ernie, Joe, Doug and Agnes. Mr. Goddard is at the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOME, 4998 King St., Beamsville, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 10 at 1:30 p.m. with interment to follow in Mount Osborne Cemetery, Beamsville. If desired, donations to Trinity United Church, Beamsville or West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.Online condolences at |
