It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rick on August 22, 2015 at the Juravinski Hospital in his 69th year.
 
Forever loved by Luanne. Cherished father of Jacqueline, Joseph, and Robert. Beloved brother of Bradley and Brenda. Dear son of the late Alfred and Helen Blythe.

Rick was a retired Hamilton Firefighter with over 28 years of service.

Ticker will be missed by many long time friends.

As per Rick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Burn Unit, c/o The Hamilton General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
