Nicholas "Nik" Kir

    Passed away peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital on August 27th, 2022 in his 93rd year    
         
  Nicholas, "Nick" has lovingly rejoined his beloved wife Blanche (July 7 2021).
Nicholas was a proud Hamilton Fire Fighter serving from 1952-1988 attaining the rank of Lieutenant and was also a C.P.R. Instructor for the Hamilton Red Cross.
Cherished father of Debbie (Doug) Laidman and Stephen (Wanda) Kir. He will be missed by his grandchildren Sean, Laura,Erica and Great Grandchildren Jacob, Emily, Nico, Dylan, Abbigail and Ellanore.
Special thanks to Staff at Hamilton General Hospital-7 South, and Amica for their special care at his time of need.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
