Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the age of 76. Predeceased by his loving wife of 44 years, Edith and survived by his loving companion, Kaiser. He will be sadly missed by his children Helen Hyatt, and David (Shelley) Hyatt. Cherished Papa to Mark (Lesley), Nicole (John) and Kaleb. Great grandfather to Jackson, Ethan, Connor, Mia and Lily. Dear brother to Willa (Harry), Carol (Jack), Bill (Betty) and JoAnn. Brother in law to Jimmy (Patsy), Alex (Mae), Tom (Jane), and Mattie (Al). He will also be missed by many other relatives and special friends including Dave and Jean, Lin and George, Tina and Pat, Rob, and Mike and Pam. Marvin served in the Royal Canadian Navy and retired as a Captain from the Hamilton Fire Department. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, donations in memory of Marvin may be made to the Fire Fighters’ Assistance Program or to the charity of your choice.
