Surrounded by his loving family, Harold peacefully passed away
with dignity in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Doris (nee
Lawton) Schatz for over 58 years. Loving father of Debbie and
Albert Nelson, Myra and Don Friday and Michael and Alison
Schatz. Adored by his grandchildren Corey, Brad (Katie), Ashley
(Mark), Jason (Diana), Adam (Sarah), William, Matthew and Kyle.
Great-grandfather of Mya, Preston, Molly, Joseph, Chase, Hank
and Summer. Harold proudly served as a Hamilton firefighter for 35 years, he was an avid bowler and sports fanatic. Harold provided many friends and family with memories that will never be forgotten. Special heartfelt thanks to all of the Ridgeview Long Term Care Staff for the constant and loving care given to Harold over the years. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Tuesday, November 6th from 4-9 p.m. and Wednesday, November 7th from 10-11 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow in Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. |
