Last Alarm

Robert Matthew (Huck) Divinski January 13, 1939 - March 31, 2025

Service Dates June 6, 1959 to October 31, 1993

		It is with great sadness that the family of Robert Divinski announce his peaceful passing on March 31, 2025, at 86 years of age. Huck was a respected lifetime member of the Hamilton Fire Department; a proud Firefighter, Trainer, Captain and Retiree. He was recently predeceased by his loving wife of 61 years, Lois. He was the beloved father to his children Paula (Russ), Leslie (Les), and Rob (Olivia). He was the proud grandfather to his grandchildren Jordan (Brittany), Sara (Tim), Brianne, Landon, Maddy (Casey), and Jake (Collette). Thankfully his great-grandchildren Nolan, Parker, Brooklyn, and Charlotte will have so many special memories of their “Hoppa”. Huck will be especially missed by his twin sister Roberta, and his extended family and friends. Many thanks to his wonderful caregivers at Seasons Retirement Home and the compassionate care from the staff at Hamilton General Hospital and St. Peter’s Hospital. Cremation has taken place.
